    1. None
  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Mr. Forrester moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes June 23, 2026
      1. Ms. Maslayak moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.
  6. Discussion Items
    1. Registered Voter Statistics
      1. Mrs. Rudolph presented the Board with the statistics of Voter Registration for Putnam County as of July 1, 2026.
    2. May 19, 2026, Recount
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board that the electronic recount of the May 19, 2026, Republican PSC District 3 recount was 100 percent accurate to the original election results.
    3. June 16, 2026, Risk Limiting Audit
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board that the Risk Limiting Audit for the June 16, 2026, General Primary Runoff was 100 percent accurate.
    4. Petition update
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board that the Petition for Lenwood Pickens was brought in on Monday, July 6 and that she anticipated that the Petition for Michael Griffin would be in on Wednesday, July 8 or Thursday, July 9. The Board set the meeting to approve or deny the petitions to Monday, July 13, 2026 at 9am.
  7. Budget 2026
    1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the most recent Budget information.

    1. Mr. Forrester: none
    2. Ms. Maslayak none
    3. Ms. Parker: absent
    4. Ms. Webb: will be absent in August
    5. Mr. Patten: none
    6. Mrs. Rudolph: none
