  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Ms. Parker moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes July 7 and 13, 2026
      1. Ms. Maslayak moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.

    1. Registered Voter Statistics
      1. Mrs. Rudolph presented the Board with the statistics of Voter Registration for Putnam County as of August 1, 2026.
    2. TSPLOST Special Called Election
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board that the call of the TSPLOST Special Election has been made and also corrected in the Messenger.
    3. Budget 2026
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the most recent Budget information.
    4. Proposed Budget 2027
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the most recent Proposed Budget for 2027 from the BOC and the changes made.
  7. Business and Information from Board Members and Staff
    1. Mr. Forrester: Will we revisit the policy discussion? Mr. Patten advised yes, sometime before the next election.
    2. Ms. Maslayak What are the 2027 dates for GAVREO?
    3. Ms. Parker: none
    4. Ms. Webb: absent
    5. Mr. Patten: shared with the BER an email that he received.
    6. Mrs. Rudolph: none
