  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Mr. Forrester moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes-June 17 and June 23, 2025
      1. Ms. Webb moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Ms. Maslayak seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.
  6. Discussion Items
    1. PSC Runoff Election and where we are at
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the status of the election
    2. Bylaw/Policy changes
      1. The Board agreed on the verbiage to update the Bylaws and to vote on the update during the August Board meeting.
    3. Budget 2025
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board of the status of the 2025 Budget.
    4. Budget 2025-2026
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the Budget work date of July 18, 2025.
    5. Certification meeting set for 9:00 am on July 23, 2025
  7. Recess :6:25 P.M.
    1. Ms. Webb made a motion to recess
    2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion
    3. Vote: All in favor
  8. Reconvene: 7:33 P.M.
