    5. Mr. Dick Forrester: present
  3. Public Comments
    1. None
  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Ms. Webb moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes March 3, 2026
      1. Mr. Forrester moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.
  6. Discussion Items
    1. Registered Voter Statistics
      1. Mrs. Rudolph presented the Board with the statistics of Voter Registration for Putnam County as of April 1, 2026.
    2. Vet the Vote-Silver award
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board regarding the reception of the Silver Award from Vet the Vote for having over 20% of poll workers as veterans or military families..
    3. Supervisor Report
      1. Mr. Patten collected the Supervisor Evaluations from the Board members and charged Mr. Forrester with calculating the final Supervisor Evaluation to be presented at the May 2026 Board meeting..
    4. 2026 Elections
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with information of the upcoming Poll Worker Training, L&A Training, and Primary Election. The Board discussed how best to handle the candidate crowd on Election night.
    5. Budget 2026
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the most recent Budget information.
  7. Business and Information from Board Members and Staff
    1. Mr. Forrester: 3 things-#1-the brochure is beautiful, #2-is it available in PDF form, #3-the Republican party will be having a booth at the Dairy Festival and would like some brochures to hand out.
