  2. Roll Call
    1. Mr. Charles Patten, Chairperson: present
    2. Ms. Lorriane Webb, Vice-Chairperson: present
    3. Ms. Anne Parker: present
    4. Ms. Sarah Maslayak: present
    5. Mr. Dick Forrester: absent
  3. Public Comments
    1. None
  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Ms. Parker moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes September 1, 2026
      1. Ms. Webb moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Ms. Maslayak seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.
  6. Discussion Items
    1. Registered Voter Statistics
      1. Mrs. Rudolph presented the Board with the statistics of Voter Registration for Putnam County as of October 1, 2026.
    2. Write In Candidate
      1. The Board revisited the discussion of acceptable spellings, etc. of all write in candidates on the ballot.
      2. The Board opted to not make any declarations on spellings, etc., but to handle intent of the voter at the time of adjudication of write in candidate ballots.
    3. November 3 BER Meeting Time
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board regarding BER meeting time on November 3, 2026.
      2. Mrs. Rudolph discussed with the Board the potential need to Early Processing of Absentee Ballots and Tabulate due to Write In adjudication prior to 8pm report to SOS office.
      3. Mr. Patten added to the discussion the need to set Pre-Certification and Certification meeting times.
      4. Pre-Certification was set for Friday November 6, 2026, at 9:00 am.
      5. Certification was set for Monday, November 9, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
    4. Budget 2026
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the most recent Budget information.

    1. Mr. Forrester: absent
    2. Ms. Maslayak none
    3. Ms. Parker: none
    4. Ms. Webb: none
    5. Mr. Patten: none.
    6. Mrs. Rudolph: informed the Board of poll worker training turnout.
  9. Adjourn: 5:03 PM
    1. Ms. Maslayak moved to adjourn the meeting.
    2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: All in favor
