    1. Ms. Webb moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Ms. Maslayak seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.

    1. Provisional ballots
      1. Mrs. Rudolph recommended that the Board accept the Provisional Ballots for the June 16, 2026, General Primary Runoff Election.
        1. Precinct voters registered and Duplicate Number of Voters inspection
          1. The Board canvassed the Numbered List of Voters and compared them for Duplicate Voter Registration numbers and to ensure that the number of voters did not exceed the number of Registered Voters per precinct. The Board also canvassed all recap sheets, zero tapes, closing tapes and chain of custody forms for manager’s signature and certification.
