    5. Mr. Dick Forrester: present via phone

    1. none
  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Ms.Maslayak moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Discussion Items
    1. Provisional ballots
      1. Mrs. Rudolph advised that the Board of Provisional Ballots will need consideration on May 26, 2026,, during the Certification Meeting, and if approved, then duplicated to capture the correct precinct..
      2. Precinct voters registered and Duplicate Number of Voters inspection
        1. The Board canvassed the Numbered List of Voters and compared them for Duplicate Voter Registration numbers and to ensure that the number of voters did not exceed the number of Registered Voters per precinct. The Board also canvassed all recap sheets, zero tapes, closing tapes and chain of custody forms for manager’s signature and certification.
