  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Ms. Parker moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes February 3, 2026
      1. Ms. Maslayak moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Ms. Parker seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.
  6. Discussion Items
    1. Assistant Supervisor Position
      1. Mrs. Rudolph informed the Board that she had discussed with the County manager and Human Resources as well as Financial Department regarding salary and budget information for the Assistant Supervisor Position
        1. Ms. Maslayak made a motion to fill the position of Assistant Supervisor.
        2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
          1. Discussion: Are we required to post through the county website or can the position go directly to the staff member in office? Mrs. Rudolph committed to discussing that with Human Resources.
        3. Vote: All in favor.
          1. Ms. Parker made a motion to enter Executive Session
          2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
          3. Vote: All in favor

        4. Ms. Maslayak made the motion to close Executive Session
          1. Ms. Parker seconded the motion.

  7. Voter Brochure for Voices and Votes
    1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board regarding the design and cost for the Brochure designed for the Voices and Votes Smithsonian Exhibition.
  8.  GAVREO
    1. Mrs. Rudolph wanted to confirm no changes for hotels for GAVREO.
  9. 2026 Elections
    1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with information for Qualifying, who and what, the upcoming Poll Worker Training, L&A Training, Primary Election, and the November Georgia Soil and Water Election
  10. Budget 2026
    1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the most recent Budget information.
  11. Business and Information from Board Members and Staff
    1. Mr. Forrester: none
    2. Ms. Maslayak not here in April
    3. Ms. Parker: not here in April
    4. Ms. Webb: none
    5. Mr. Patten: none
    6. Mrs. Rudolph: none
