  3. Public Comments
    1. none
  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Ms. Parker moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes January 6, 2026
      1. Mr. Forrester moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Ms. Parker seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.
  6. Discussion Items
    1. Old Business-Deceased Voters
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on procedures and legal advice from county attorneys regarding the handling of deceased voter information and decision making
    2. Voter List Maintenance
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board different avenues of Voter List maintenance that the office staff is taking to ensure clean voter rolls, including processing Felons, using Georgia Probate records, verifying residential addresses and multiple voters at an address, and the GARVIS Records to Review tile for vacancies and business addresses.
    3. Jurisdictional Voters for GAVREO
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board that 2 local members of the Board of Elections would need to be appointed as Jurisdictional Voters for GAVREO.
        1. Ms. Parker nominated Mr. Patten and Ms. Webb.
        2. Mr. Patten and Ms. Webb were appointed as Jurisdictional Voters for the GAVREO Board Business meetings.
    4.  GAVREO
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the confirmations for hotel rooms, location for the GAVREO conference, and the Schedule of Events
    5. 2026 Elections
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with information for the upcoming May Elections, Qualifying dates and places and notification that we would be adding the GA Soil and Water Election to our November ballot.
    6. Budget 2026
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the most recent Budget information.
  7. Business and Information from Board Members and Staff
    1. Mr. Forrester: none
    2. Ms. Maslayak absent
    3. Ms. Parker: none
    4. Ms. Webb: absent
    5. Mr. Patten: none
    6. Mrs. Rudolph: Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board of a potential change in staffing with a staff applying for another full-time position within the county. Mr. Patten opened the discussion of the possibility of moving one part-time position to a full-time position, as the office staffing had been in the past. The discussion continued to include what it would take, and how to make it happen.
      1. Mr. Forrester made a motion to consider reviving and filling the Assistant Supervisor position.
      2. Mrs. Parker seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: All in favor
