    1. Mr. Charles Patten, Chairperson: present
    2. Ms. Lorriane Webb, Vice-Chairperson: present

  3. Public Comments
      1. none
  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Ms. Maslayak moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes December 2, 2025
      1. Ms. Webb moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.
  6. Discussion Items
    1. Annual Vice Chair Election
      1. Mr. Forrester nominated Ms. Webb to be the Vice Chair
      2. Ms. Parker seconded the nomination.
        1. Ms. Parker made a motion to close the nominations
        2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.
          1. Since no other person was nominated, Ms. Webb was declared the Vice Chair for 2026.
    2. Qualification Fees for 2026-Qualification Dates March 2-6, 2026
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the fees to be approved by the Board of Commissioners and the dates for qualifying.
    3. Campaign filing schedule/website update
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board regarding the new campaign ethics filing schedule and website update.
    4. Budget 2026
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board with the current budget.
  7. Business and Information from Board Members and Staff
    1. Mr. Forrester: Question: Will new USPS postmarking affect Absentee Ballots? Mrs. Rudolph informed the Board that only UOCAVA postmarks matter and therefore only those ballots will be affected.
    2. Ms. Maslayak: none
    3. Ms. Parker: none
    4. Ms. Webb: none
    5. Mr. Patten: Question: Was it policy or procedure that the Board used to be involved in determining deceased voters using PII? Mrs. Rudolph committed to looking into whether it was just something that the office did or was it required by law that the Board assist with deceased voters?
    6. Mrs. Rudolph: Thank you to the Board from the Office Staff for the thoughtful Christmas gifts.
