    1. Mr. Forrester moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Ms. Parker seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  2. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes November 5 and 8, 2024
      1. Mr. Walden moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.

    1. Provisional Recommendations
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the recommendations for acceptance or rejection of Provisional Ballots.
        1. Mr. Forrester moved to accept the recommendations.
        2. Mr. Walden seconded the motion.
        3. Vote: All in favor
      2. Reading Results of General Election
        1. Mrs. Rudolph read the Official and Complete Results
      3. Special Election Provisional Recommendations
        1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the recommendations for acceptance or rejection of Special Election Provisional Ballots.
          1. Ms. Webb moved to accept the recommendations.
          2. Ms. Parker seconded the motion.
          3. Vote: All in favor

          1. Mr. Forrester: none
          2. Mr. Walden: none

          5. Mr. Patten: RLA will not require BER
