  4. Approval of Agenda
    1. Ms. Webb moved to approve the agenda.
    2. Mr. Forrester seconded the motion.
    3. Vote: all in favor.
  5. Recommended Consent Agenda
    1. Approval of Minutes-December 3, 2024
      1. Mr. Forrester moved to approve the minutes as presented.
      2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.
      3. Vote: all in favor.
  6. Discussion Items
    1. 2025 Budget
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the status of the 2025 Budget
    2. Office Work
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the status of Voter registration work being done in the office.
  7. Business and Information from Board Members and Staff
    1. Mr. Patten: has there been any further discussion regarding disposal of old PC’s and laptop. Mr. Patten suggested that we do a clean sweep of the computers and have a chain of custody signed before the destruction of the hard drives.
    2. Mr. Walden: none
    3. Ms. Parker: none
    4. Ms. Webb: will not be present at the next meeting
    5. Mr. Forrester: none
    6. Mrs. Rudolph: none
