      1. Mr. Walden moved to approve of the minutes as presented.
      2. Ms. Webb seconded the motion.

      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the progress of the 2025 Budget
    2. Record Retention
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board of the Clerk of Court and Record Retention.
    3. Office Work
      1. Mrs. Rudolph updated the Board on the work for the office staff.
    4. Business and Information from Board Members and Staff
      1. Mr. Forrester: none
      2. Mr. Walden: none
      3. Ms. Parker: none
      4. Ms. Webb: none
      5. Mr. Patten: Thank you to the office staff and Merry Christmas
      6. Mrs. Rudolph: Thank you to the Board for the support during the November election.
