Notice of Risk Limiting Audit

Official Notice will be posted once the dates and times for the Risk Limiting Audit are established. Please check back with us!

Updated CCDR Filing Schedule – Effective January 1, 2026

Beginning on this date, all CCDRs must be filed quarterly according to the following schedule:

January 31

April 30

July 31

October 20

These deadlines apply statewide and are part of the state’s efforts to standardize reporting and improve compliance timelines across all jurisdictions.

Personal Financial Disclosure Statements – Due April 1, 2026

All PFDS filings for 2026 must be submitted no later than April 1, 2026.
A five-day grace period will be permitted; however, filings submitted after this period may be subject to penalties in accordance with state regulations.

Future Filing Requirement – Effective January 1, 2027

Beginning in 2027, all elected officials will be required to file their own PFDS directly with the State of Georgia. You are strongly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the new filing system now.

Voter Registrations are open through April 20, 2026.  Anyone that wants to register to vote, change their voter registration address, or change the name on their voter registration can come by the office and obtain a voter registration card or fill out an online voter registration application.
